- to ensure that housing management functions are carried out within current legislation
- to ensure that all properties within a geographical patch are secure at all times
- ensure that all serious concerns are reported to a team leader / manager, and / or the Police as appropriate
- ensure that safeguardings, incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and responded to appropriately
- ensure that safeguarding’s, incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and responded to appropriately
- provide reports and data as required by team leaders or managers
- assist in the collection of rents and service charges where possible
- monitor CCTV footage as appropriate, ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues
