- develop, supervise delivery and analyse the effectiveness of multi-channel campaigns that engage our target audiences and build brand awareness
- develop, nurture and support your Marketing Team of Manager, Officer and Assistant including direct line management of the Marketing Manager
- we are also transforming our physical space with our bold and ambitious capital development
- own the brand – and ensure that the organisation as a whole adheres to the brand and its guidelines
- develop strategic relationships that will contribute to the income and the reputation of the Theatre
- contribute to the development of the pricing strategy through analysis of sales data
Requirements
- result Focused - meeting or exceeding sales targets for all audience segments; new, existing and lapsed
- marketing or business-related degree or professional qualification
- nurturing - developing and securing audience relationships to maximise income through retention and reactivation
- arts Marketing qualification or post-graduate qualification in relevant discipline
- driven - seeking out and securing new business relationships, to offer value to customers and our communities
- evidence of qualification
- inquisitive – providing data-driven insights from our booking system, website and social channels to inform actions
- understanding of booking systems
