Responsibility
meet any targets set for the Planned Preventative Maintenance of Domestic or commercial contracts
take responsibility for issues that arise within the domestic & commercial relating to call-outs, PPM's and installations
customer service duties, including answering the telephone in an efficient, polite and professional manner
devising and maintaining office administration systems; including incoming/out-going post
assist in Accounts when required in preparing and sending out all customer invoices, statements, credit control and internal reconciliation
attend team and operational meetings, liaise and support other departments, including management when required
ordering and maintaining stationery, equipment and other supplies and following the company P/O system procedure
data input, order entry, ensuring a high level of accuracy including storing customer and job details, these are to be imputed within the allocated time frame as per company procedure

working as part of a team, the role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the business in particular working closely with the day to day operations, engineers and accounts as well as the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and the organisation and administration for field Engineers and projects
