Requirements
all round IT specialist with at least 2 years hands on experience providing helpdesk support and project delivery
understanding of Windows 7, 10, Server 2008, 2012,2018, 2019… Environments
experience in working on an IT Service Desk
experience in delivering IT projects
understanding of Service Desk Practices
excellent IP network skills including managing switches, wireless networks & routing protocols
experience in Creating documentation to manage customer's business systems & the ability to train internal & external customers with this information
server Management such as patch management, Active Directory, Group Policy

Requirements
prior experience working in an MSP or retail IT environment
familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies
additional language skills are a plus
languages: Fluent in French and English
IT Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, retail POS systems, and managed services is a plus
project Administration: Experience in supporting IT projects, ideally within a Managed Services or Retail IT environment
communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects for retail clients
documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and generate reports on project status, timelines, and deliverables
administrative Support: Handle meeting scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
risk & Issue Tracking: Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure timely resolution
resource Coordination: Assist in scheduling and allocating IT resources for various project phases
process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project workflows and efficiency
stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication in both French and English
