Responsibility
- greet and care for all patients and visitors to the practice in a polite and courteous manner at all times
- deal with all enquires, either in person, email or on the telephone in a polite and professional manner
- maintain patient confidentiality and data protection
- we are currently recruiting for a proactive and positive person to add to our reception team
- deal with incoming patient referrals and book appropriate appointments for patients in absence of patient care advisor
- make courtesy calls to patients
- ensure the reception is always kept in an appropriate condition
- promote a professional image of the company at all times and be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides
Requirements
- must enjoy working with people
- front of house experience of 2 years is preferred
- you should have a positive and happy telephone manner
- competent and comfortable on the front desk, and able to co-operate with a large team of healthcare professionals
- should have High Standard of Personal Appearance
- GDC registered and advantage
- dental receptionist: 1 year
