- act as primary point of contact
- handling customer queries to ensure all customers services are maintained
- administrative duties to gain knowledge of our Company and products
- update internal quality systems & practices along with Health & Safety
Requirements
- veterinary practice/laboratory experience
- A passion for customer service with an outgoing personality
- ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people
- ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- good numeracy & literary skills
- hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
