Responsibility

  • we are delighted to have a position for a full time Sales/Lettings Negotiator at our busy Clowne office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in Lettings, but sales experience will also be considered
  • you will be working at one of our busy letting offices as part of a friendly and experienced residential lettings team, your role will involve speaking to potential new clients, conducting viewings while visiting properties, referencing potential new tenants while overseeing the initial stages of the letting lifecycle
