- manage any ad-hoc casual or agency staff, ensuring they receive mandatory inductions and Company training
Requirements
- passionate about food and demonstrates food trends awareness across the food service industry and high street
- displays excellent product knowledge and understanding of seasonality, quality and costs
- able to understand budget and to implement necessary controls to ensure budget is achieved
- highly organised, disciplined self-starter that enjoys a busy working environment and achieves time specific schedules
- solid experience at sous or senior chef level with track record of producing high quality food from fresh ingredients in a busy environment
- senior chef level: 2 years
