develop and implement a sales strategy for dispensing robots in the UK pharmacy market
identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate pharmacy staff on the features and benefits of our dispensing robots
negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with pharmacy customers, ensuring profitability for the company
your main goal will be to sell PillPacPlus Yuyama medication pouching robots and supporting products to pharmacies, ensuring that they understand the benefits and features of our products and can make informed purchasing decisions
achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements
registered Pharmacist in the UK
registered Pharmacist in the UK OR have a healthcare background
previous experience in a sales or account management role, within community pharmacy
previous experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare industry
excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence pharmacy staff at all levels
strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and win new business
self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
