- working closely with the best farms in the UK we receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and butcher our meat on site
- we are now looking for an experienced Commis Sommelier to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant and help us take things to the next level
- as Commis Sommelier you will support the management team with all aspects of service focusing on the wine service but not limited to it
