Requirements
- IT literate with knowledge of using spreadsheets and databases
- working knowledge of CRM software would be advantageous although not essential, as training will be provided
Responsibility
- daily planning and allocating of vacuum hires, operators and wagons in liaison with Sales Team
- check location, availability, job duration and travel times are considered
- ensure planning tracker and Drive App are continuously updated and accurate
- escalate potential issues immediately to the Line Manager following company processes
- monitor and respond to emails, telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner
- book hotel accommodation for operatives considering work movements, location, driving hours etc
- update Operatives via driver app / text with accommodation information
- proactively liaise with operators, HSE Coordinator, Operator Supervisor as necessary
