Responsibility

  • we are looking for someone with experience across RIBA Workstages 4-7 on primarily developer residential projects with a keen eye for creative solutions
  • you will need to have an understanding and awareness of both conventional and innovative approaches to construction, an ability to translate design concepts into clear and appropriate detail design solutions
  • reviewing drawings and sections of existing structures and technical drawing / detailing packages, leading the design team and co-ordinating drawings with other consultants and contractor design elements
