Responsibility
- manage all aspects of the venue, including operations, staff, and customer service
- report to Venue Manager
- oversee and coordinate events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
- hire, train, and supervise venue staff, including bartenders, servers, and security personnel
- collaborate with event planners and vendors to ensure successful event execution
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience in hospitality or venue management is required
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- basic understanding of Google Drive
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
