Responsibility
- \*\* In order to be considered for this role you must have solid experience at Manager level operating in a restaurant, bar or club venue \*\
- the Pickled Goose is looking for a highly-experienced, hands-on and passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead a small team in delivering an exacting standard of food and beverage service
- we are looking for a hands on Restaurant and Bar Manager with solid proven experience ideally from a high volume restaurant, bar group or similar club level with an emphasis on food led trade
- the ideal manager will be full of personality, have a real passion for people, great food & cellar management - a real all-rounder! You will have very strong leadership skills, be used to managing a team, have a good business/financial acumen and as a strong motivator be able to get the most out of your team at all times
- as Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be responsible for day to day management of the entire operation, leading and managing a well-established team, you will also be the face of the business and therefore personality is key
