Responsibility
- preparing and packing sweets and toys for dispatch or pickup accurately, on time and in accordance with instructions
- load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
- receive, check, identify and put stock away into its appropriate location
- performing warehouse stock checks
- to use all equipment provided in a safe and correct manner, in accordance with Company procedures and safety rules
- ensure that warehouse, stock and equipment is kept clean and safe
- some admin/paperwork will be required
- downloading, formatting and printing postage labels and gift tags
Requirements
- numerical literacy and reading skills
- good organisational skills
- computer literate
- keen eye for detail and mistake spotting
- being a self-starter with a high level of energy
- team player with strong, consistent work ethic
- ability to meet the physical demands of the job - the heaviest of our sweet boxes sit around 20kg which will require lifting on to counters
- energy, enthusiasm, positive, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
