  • exceptional communication skills to effectively engage learners and collaborate with colleagues
  • ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities
  • strong organisational skills for lesson planning, assessment, and record-keeping
  • passion for fostering learners' literacy and numeracy skills
  • teaching: 1 year
