  • developing our menus using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients ensuring quality and consistency
  • working closely with the Catering Manager to ensure GP’s and budgets are met
  • ensuring full compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • excellent communication with our Kitchen and Café Bar team
  • REPORTS TO: Catering Manager
  • working with our Café Bar team to ensure that any customer queries or complaints are dealt with professionally
  • ensuring full completion of all records with regards to compliance for the above
