Responsibility
- delivering an excellent food offer for our café bar, rooftop terrace and events
- developing our menus using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients ensuring quality and consistency
- working closely with the Catering Manager to ensure GP’s and budgets are met
- ensuring full compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- excellent communication with our Kitchen and Café Bar team
- REPORTS TO: Catering Manager
- working with our Café Bar team to ensure that any customer queries or complaints are dealt with professionally
- ensuring full completion of all records with regards to compliance for the above
