provide administrative support to the business

provide customer service support
maintain a professional attitude in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
this includes tasks such as managing customer accounts, supporting recruitment and on boarding of staff, financial record keeping, responding to customer enquiries, and providing general business support and secretarial services to the Service Manager
