Responsibility

  • provide administrative support to the business
  • organise and maintain files and records
  • prepare reports and presentations
  • answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
  • provide customer service support
  • maintain a professional attitude in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • this includes tasks such as managing customer accounts, supporting recruitment and on boarding of staff, financial record keeping, responding to customer enquiries, and providing general business support and secretarial services to the Service Manager
