- oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety
- develop and implement strategies to optimise plant efficiency and productivity
- monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate supply of materials
- phoenix Drilling Limited are looking for an enthusiastic, time-served Plant Maintenance Manager to lead the work in our busy Plant Department, to carry out the organisation and planning of repairs, and scheduled maintenance of mechanical drilling plant and equipment
- implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- the role is based in our workshop in Livingston, West Lothian, with travel to sites across the UK as required to respond to breakdowns and repairs
- train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
