- uniform, PPE and various Health & Safety training courses provided upon start to successful candidate with options for progression
- philspace Ltd is a leading supplier of temporary and portable site accommodation and require a 'Cleaning & Yard Operative' to join this progressively expanding company
- main duties will involve the cleaning of our fleet of temporary site accommodation. The deep cleaning both internally and externally of all units, all fixtures, fittings and furniture
- must be conscientious, reliable, flexible and a team player
- ability to prioritise work schedule on a daily basis, ensuring tasks are completed with timescale given
- to work as part of a team to clean our fleet of temporary site accommodation and welfare units which consists of Canteens, Offices, Toilets, Toilets Blocks & Containers
- must be able to follow instructions but also be able to use own initiative as and when required
