you will lead on all UK employee engagement activities such as proactive engagement survey management and affiliate action planning
supporting business partners and line managers on organisational change tools and approaches
strategically shaping internal communications and engagement to bring to life the PMI DNA and ensure we deliver on our commercial goals
ensure that there is a clear understanding of timelines, content and expectations of each survey
develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, annual plan and execution schedule aligned with our organisational purpose, ambition, and strategy
this may include running companywide or team level information sessions
collaborating with our Brand & Creative teams to build and deliver compelling content for internal channels and office spaces
