Responsibility

  • leading organisational change initiatives for the UK- leveraging the global toolkits
  • you will lead on all UK employee engagement activities such as proactive engagement survey management and affiliate action planning
  • supporting business partners and line managers on organisational change tools and approaches
  • strategically shaping internal communications and engagement to bring to life the PMI DNA and ensure we deliver on our commercial goals
  • ensure that there is a clear understanding of timelines, content and expectations of each survey
  • develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, annual plan and execution schedule aligned with our organisational purpose, ambition, and strategy
  • this may include running companywide or team level information sessions
  • collaborating with our Brand & Creative teams to build and deliver compelling content for internal channels and office spaces
