- co-operate effectively with peers , Staff and outsourced Operations
- lead and manage staff meetings and one-to-ones for Direct Line Reports
- deliver high quality outputs within target timelines
- clarify scope for any new piece of work
- communicate progress to the Directors with key deliverables in a timely manner
