Responsibility
assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing quotations, creating and sending sales paperwork, and organising customer orders
handle customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
source and procure products from suppliers as required, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records of orders
provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
assist in maintaining and updating the customer database and sales documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
possibly attending sales meetings and industry events from time to time as part of our customer-facing team
ensuring the customer journey is as seamless as possible by being a point of contact from initial contact all the way through to product delivery and beyond
collaborate with the Sales Manager to generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support sales strategies and goals
Requirements
strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
previous experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the fuel technology or a related or similar industry
sales administration: 3 years
