- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- supporting Senior Interior Designers with all aspects of their projects
- producing detailed drawings in AutoCAD such as joinery, sanitary and bespoke upholstery items
- prepare schedules, specifications and drawings for subcontractors
- souring and procurement of FF&E, soft furnishings and accessories
- managing clients expectations effectively and proactively, reporting to senior management as required
- design and develop comprehensive fabric schemes, sourcing associated samples
- assist with the delivery of presentations to clients
- undertake site inspections and surveys
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- possess a relevant interior design degree
- proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- knowledge of luxury residential interior design, bespoke furniture, joinery, FF&E and lighting are beneficial
- excellent communication and client liaison skills
- able to use your initiative to manage your workload and oversee a number of tasks simultaneously
- be adaptable to a challenging workload, and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- 3D modelling skills are advantageous, though not essential
- A minimum of 1-year experience working on residential projects is preferable. However, candidates just out of university will also be considered
