  • competent digital skills including POS and or previous experience using Shopify
  • previous retail management experience in a similar field
  • A passion for antiques and luxury product
  • proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team
  • be able to flex between the customer service, operational, technical, and visual elements of the role
  • self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

housekeeper

Responsibility

  • ensure that all hotel rooms and guest houses are maintained to the highest of standards
  • undertake routine and periodic cleaning in allocated central areas
  • report any maintenance issues

marketing manager

Responsibility

  • report on campaign results against predefined KPIs
  • lead and work on cross-functional campaigns to deliver the strategy
  • research demand for products and services, including competitor analysis
  • be the internal point of contact for PR and SM agency, including press release signoff, hosting media/influencer events and overseeing any interviews with trade and specialist press
