Responsibility
- located in and around Doncaster, our venues are at the heart of the community
- we are looking for a Duty Manager to join our existing team at Rossington Leisure Centre
- someone who leads by example and who understand the importance of a team culture
- previous experience at Team Leader, Supervisory or Management level would be preferred. Applicants must hold a valid Pool Lifeguard qualification
- the facilities offer a range of activities from swimming, gym and studio programmes, outdoor pitches, ten pin bowling and soft play, ice rink and cycling
- as DCLTs capital investment program continues and with the recent & future reopening of our refurbished centres, we are looking to further expand our team across the Trust
- you'll provide strong and effective management, ensuring every customer receives high levels of care and consideration during their visit
- as part of the management team, we expect that any candidate would demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess a high level of energy with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
