Responsibility

  • deliver exceptional customer experiences, walk-in customers, telephone, and email enquiries
  • manage inbound and outbound product shipments, including coordinating with suppliers and couriers
  • oversee stock control processes, including performing regular inventory audits and monitoring stock levels
  • ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries
  • address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and prompt manner
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

  • proven experience as a customer service manager or similar role is essential
  • knowledge of warehouse management and stock control processes is preferred but not essential
  • excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • customer Service: 1 year
