- to attend staff meetings, in-service training and to be prepared to attend further training courses as seen fit by the management team
- ensure that temperatures of the food are taken and recorded on the relevant sheet
- ensure that that cleaning rota is followed at all times. The kitchen should have a high standard of cleanliness at all times
- defrost freezers regularly, clean out fridges on a weekly basis
- to be aware and respect children’s varying dietary requirements
