complete customer open order reports and updating the customer with the delivery dates from our ERP system
liaise with the purchasing team to expedite parts
send order confirmations to customers via the ERP system
register customer quotations on the ERP system and send out to the Sales team
update information on a customer sales activity database
process customers’ orders and enter onto the ERP system - Accuracy of information from the customer order transferred to our system is vital, to ensure the part numbers, quantity and price are correct
liaise with the shipping department to despatch any urgent orders as per customer requests
progress orders on the system and update the customer as per the request. This could include trying to improve delivery of a part for the customer
