Responsibility
- execute the store’s Visual Merchandising brief within set time frames, maintaining high brand standards and commercial awareness
- plan and implement campaign changeovers and product launches
- support and coach team members on VM and housekeeping standards to ensure consistency across the store
- assist with the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing, driving sales and delivering a memorable customer experience
- help manage stock flow and replenishment, ensuring an efficient and organised back-of-house
- maintain high standards of visual presentation and in-store execution in collaboration with the Store Manager and VM team

Requirements
- A genuine passion and proven experience in visual merchandising—you love styling, creating engaging displays, and understand how great VM drives sales
- previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder position
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for coaching others
- strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
- commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
