- updating the annual L&D schedule, selecting the most cost-effective way to resource this schedule, using suppliers and internal SMEs for design and delivery
- typing and proof reading of written documents, email management, serving of legal documents printing drawings, document management via an electronic storage system and telephone communications with clients
- the role will require support to all business functions including the finance department although the role does not include any finance tasks
- lead L&D yearly activities, e.g., training needs assessment, budget tracking and invoicing, Service Level Agreements with vendors and contractors and course plan creation
- data entry & annual stock take
- undertaking general day to day administration
- process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- supporting all service lines gaining an understanding of all team member’s tasks and undertake the responsibilities of others during busy periods / holiday cover within the team
- management of Learning/HR databases ensuring up to date and accurate at all times, including training requests, materials, records, learning progress, evaluation, and events
