PERSONNEL PLUS is looking for employees for positions:

financial services administrator

Responsibility

  • processing new business from cradle to grave; submitting and processing new business, ensuring all new business is recorded correctly and accurately
  • ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork
  • provide proactive administration support to ensure an efficient and smooth service
  • our client is a successful and established company based in Stratford-upon-Avon, specialising within the financial planning sector
  • general administration; withdrawals and top-ups
  • provider platforms – logging on to process applications and tracking progress
  • initial valuation and providing support to the paraplanners
  • answering the phone – being on the front-line for client communications and dealing with customer requests

Requirements

  • experience in either pensions, mortgages, investment, or insurance administration systems
  • knowledge of the financial planning industry and advice process desirable
  • experience of working within Financial Planning desirable
  • effective and competent communicator, both verbally and written
  • high attention to detail and ability to manage own workload within a small team
