Responsibility
- input and manage financial data accurately into SAP systems
- ensure that financial records are up-to-date and aligned with company guidelines
- collaborate with the finance, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams
- assist in generating financial reports and providing insights for decision-making
- generation purchase orders and inventory of stock
- contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- accurately updating spreadsheets daily ensuring all data on the system is up to date
- uploading imagery of their large portfolio of industrial business parks, offices, storage facilities, shop units and factory lets available
Requirements
- proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- proficiency in using SAP for financial data management is essential
- excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- proven experience as an Office Administrator or Office Administrators Assistant
- previous experience in an office administration role within the construction or property sector is essential
- knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- strong organisational and time-management skills
- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
