Responsibility
- some work is required on other sites too
- always work to do inside and outside so weather not a problem, hours are flexible so are working days
- driving licence is essential. A trailer licence would be useful as sometimes need stuff collecting or delivering

- looking for someone responsible and reliable with experience of simple building works / maintenance, pointing, fixing roof damage and leaks, painting outside, painting inside, fixing doors, fixing windows, fitting doors hinges locks etc, simple building maintenance, basic electrical, basic plumbing to weeding and keeping site tidy! Experience of roofing would be an advantage and working at height
- part-time hours: 30-40 per week
