3 attempts to fix the car and it's still not drivable. The first time we were still in sight of the place when the warning light went on .
They "diagnosed" a new fault and we duly paid. This time we drove 5 miles before the same light came on. £65 to recover, more "diagnosis" and further part replacement. This time it made about 10 miles before the breakdown. We've paid 3 times for them to try out replacing parts and they want to keep charging us!
They also refuse to take our calls unless we use an unknown phone, they don't contact when they say they will.
STAY AWAY!
I'm recovering my money through a section 75 with the credit card company. But it shouldn't be this way.
Friendly staff and amazing quality of work definitely trustworthy and only use good parts not cheap parts which will breakdown again. Flexible with you and how you work and flexible with pickup time for when the work is done it’s like there’s someone always there to help you .
