Responsibility

  • understand the scope of requirements for new clients and how the software needs to meet their business goals
  • facilitate kick off meetings and act as liaison between the client and the Actus team
  • manage the implementation process to configure their system and manage them to ‘go live’
  • co-ordinate timings and actions with the client and manage expectations
  • work efficiently and autonomously as part of the Implementation team, supporting with project management and admin surrounding implementation
  • follow up with new clients to ensure that they are getting the best out of the system
  • help to expand accounts where the need arises being commercially focussed
  • hold Service Review Meetings at regular intervals

Requirements

  • highly organised, good at project and time management
  • methodical, with an eye for detail and process orientation
  • good listener and a problem solver
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • confident communicator with the ability to politely challenge clients and manage expectations
  • quick to learn and technically able - has worked with technology and understands how to configure it
