Working hours

Responsibility
- coaching and advising Managers on Employee Relations across the business advising managers on managing absence, disciplinary and investigation related advise
- take ownership of the payroll data submission, with Finance on a monthly basis
- support the development and creation of HR training & L&D activities
- be proactively involved in delivering engagement related initiatives
- involvement with change initiatives and projects within PerfectDraft and AB-InBev
- proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and guidelines
- appropriately deal with day to day HR queries
- work with the wider AB-InBev Commercial People team to deliver zone initiatives, training and support delivering the annual people cycle
Requirements
- previous experience within a busy HR/People Team, working as an advisor or similar
- ability to quickly build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- strong ER experience covering a range of situations
- be up-to-date on employment law matters
- able to coach colleagues
- experience using Workday would be great, but not essential
- experience at delivering L&D related activities including training and facilitation
- be confident working with a range of employees including warehousing and head office functions
