to carry out room checks after guest check out, and before guest check-in
to greet and welcome guests
arrange and assist guest check-in or check-out and communicate with guests promptly
to assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times
always inspect and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the property, including all corridors, passages, parking, public areas, etc
to undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
to undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to create an excellent customer service experience
to administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately
