  • advise customers on suitable products to match their budget
  • process payments and raise invoices
  • update the CRM system
  • communicate and liaise with customers regarding the status of their orders
  • liaise with suppliers and key trade accounts
  • undertake regular stocktakes
  • clean and maintain the warehouse and showroom

Requirements

  • knowledge or experience of carpentry, plumbing or bathroom installation
  • excellent customer service and skills
  • good organisational skills
  • problem solver
  • IT literate
  • clean driving licence
  • plumbing / building/ carpentry: 2 years
