Responsibility
- quote customers and follow up on sales opportunities
- quote customers and follow up quote/sales opportunities
- develop Customer relationships
- deliver high quality customer service
- shadow Sales Account Managers within the business, attending customer meetings, and following up of enquiries
- coordinate with internal departments to ensure on time delivery of quotations to customers
- work with Percival design department to ensure new product development progresses at customers’ required timescale
- grow customer accounts within a defined territory
Requirements
- sales and/or customer support experience with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- 3 years of sales and/or customer support experience with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- excellent communication skills at all levels, verbal and written
- numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
- good negotiation, organisational and time management skills
- ability to prioritise and manage workloads
- good problem solving ability with ability to use initiative and common sense
- self-motivated and flexible with the ability to succeed in a busy team based environment
