office cleaner

Responsibility
- A reliable and experienced cleaner for general office type cleaning duties of offices, kitchen, toilets, meeting rooms and reception area
- the Office Cleaner would be responsible for all cleaning duties across the Blackpool office, keeping stock of necessary cleaning materials and maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
- to empty waste bins and cigarette bins, ensuring they are disinfected and free from smears and odours and ensuring waste is recycled where appropriate
- keeping the reception area clean and ready for visitors to the office. Including putting away daily deliveries and replenishing office supplies
- to undertake general cleaning duties including floors, toilets, furniture and fittings, emptying bins and removal of rubbish at site
- assisting the Office Manager with day to day tasks

Requirements
- previous cleaning experience in a similar role/environment essential, however training will be given on equipment
- excellent customer service skills and a high standard of work with attention to detail
- adaptable and flexible can-do approach with a willingness to learn
- ability to work as part of a team or independently
- previous health and safety training would be an advantage
- it would be desirable for the post holder to hold a BICS training certificate or equivalent
