Requirements
- good telephone manner
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- an eye for detail to spot discrepancies in data to ensure 100% accuracy
- ability to work under pressure
- previous customer services experience preferable
- A good knowledge of Sage would be beneficial although not essential as training will be given
