- prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian curries and dishes for takeaway orders
- ensure the consistent quality and taste of dishes, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect
- design and develop new recipes to enhance our takeaway menu
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to health and safety standards
- manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels
- train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods
- work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak takeaway hours

Requirements
- proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef in a fast-paced takeaway or restaurant environment
- deep knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- creativity and passion for delivering delicious, authentic Indian dishes that meet customer expectations
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with kitchen staff
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
