- actively maintaining and growing a Sales ledger with the use of CRM
- communicating with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- achieve quarterley sales and profit objectives targeting new and existing customers
- deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits
- answering customers questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- collaborate with other areas of the business to work towards closing deals
- keeping up to date with products and competitor offers
- customer order processing and quote preparation
Requirements
- minimum of 2 year experience within a Builders Merchant/Trade environment
- excellent Customer Service skills
- positive, articulate, professional and confidential
- organised with excellent attention to detail
- good Team Player, willing to support and assist constructively
- willing to learn with a desire to grow and develop
- proactive and always looking to improve processes and procedures
