Responsibility

• accountability to the Manager for smooth day-to-day service user/care schedules
• ensuring outstanding compliance across the business and supporting the achievement of a minimum 'Good' rating
• effective scheduling to allow Care Assistants sufficient care time with each service user, along with adequate travel time

• prompt and accurate recording of enquiries with sufficient details
• timely and accurate logging of complaints and Care Assistant feedback and enquiries using the correct procedure
• provision of high-quality care services to vulnerable people in their homes
• consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practices while promoting the business's aims. This includes keeping training and CPD records up-to-date
• highlighting recruitment needs to management for consistent, safe delivery of care
• managing Care Assistant expectations by maintaining clear communication lines and building strong, positive working relationships
• prompt recording of new Care Assistants and Service Users in the system
• quick and effective communication of any changes to service user or Care Assistant needs and availability to all relevant parties. All changes must be recorded in the appropriate places
• weekly reporting on recruitment needs, rota gaps, risks, Care Assistant availability and concerns to Manager and Responsible Individual
• producing consistent, rosters and providing Care Assistant and Service Users with rotas in a timely manner
• identifying and matching the most suitable Care Assistants for each run

Requirements

• full UK driving license and access to an insured vehicle – Essential
• willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends managing out-of-hours/on-call - Essential
• experience in a similar role or setting, building relationships – Essential

• we are in search of a housekeeper who can dedicate 4 hours monthly to perform general cleaning tasks
• housekeeper needed for 4 hours per month over 2 visits 2 hours per visit preferably every 2 weeks
