  • professional and prompt telephone handling, dealing with enquiries or queries
  • prompt and accurate recording of enquiries with sufficient details
  • timely and accurate logging of complaints and Care Assistant feedback and enquiries using the correct procedure
  • provision of high-quality care services to vulnerable people in their homes
  • consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practices while promoting the business's aims. This includes keeping training and CPD records up-to-date

Requirements

  • full UK driving license and access to an insured vehicle – Essential
  • willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends managing out-of-hours/on-call - Essential
  • experience in a similar role or setting, building relationships – Essential
  • desire to make a significant difference and improve an already well-established business * Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, report generation, and good computer systems knowledge
  • self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out-of-office hours
  • highly organized with excellent planning, prioritizing abilities, and attention to detail * Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships
