Responsibility

  • deliver exceptional customer service through daily IT ticket monitoring and keeping customers up to date on the status of their issues
  • take ownership of IT projects through to completion
  • document resolutions and work to prevent future occurrences
  • resolve 1st & 2nd line IT support issues that have been transferred from the IT Service Desk, using knowledge gained through training, support documentation and your own personal knowledge
