- install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications

- troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions promptly
- set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches
Requirements
- proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems , and software applications
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc
- experience with system administration tasks, including user account management, Active Directory, and group policies
