- you will have experience in working across different client groups and will take a practical, solutions driven approach
- you will
- provide hands on solution focused support for Partners acting as the first point of contact for HR related questions
- proactive and forward thinking with a human approach that can work with differing personalities, understanding differing client needs and working outside of a one size fits all mindset
- manage staff benefits, maintaining an updated salary benchmarking guide and advising the Partners as and when required
- you will have passion for HR and Diversity, Equality and inclusion and will be willing to get involved with the day to day of the HR function
- manage our HR system
- support Partners with recruitment and resourcing of both permanent and freelance talent including; advertising, search and selection, visa applications. Minimising the need for external recruitment support where possible
