Requirements

• scheduling in repair/maintenance works using our in house scheduling system

• chase landlords for compliance documentation and signed leases

• organise invoices and utility bills for each individual property
• book in property inspections
• uploading compliance documentation to a property portal

Requirements

• previous experience in a similar role
• building maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing and electricals

Responsibility

• pentagon Housing manage a large portfolio of domestic properties across the city of Bradford
• working with a large Housing Association, Pentagon provide cleaning and maintenance services in a variety of setting including, hostels, HMO's and apartments
• any other domestic cleaning duties
