  • monitoring Credit control inbox and forwarding emails as necessary
  • answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when needed
  • updating contact details and debtor records in Xero
  • contact debtors via phone or Email to discuss overdue payments as directed
  • sending Copy invoices out to debtors
